Client-services AI engineering studio

AI systems built to run themselves — starting with ours.

2400 designs and builds multi-agent AI systems for other companies — persistent agent networks with versioned memory, structured coordination, and real audit trails, not off-the-shelf software or chained prompts. The proof is letsdoit.ai, the production platform we built and now run our own company on, every day. We also track the SI (superintelligence) research frontier for what's next.

How we work

Four steps. Same ones we used on ourselves.

No slide deck pretending to be a system — this is the process behind letsdoit.ai, applied to your stack.

[01]

Discover

We map what's actually breaking down in your process — not what's trendy to automate.

[02]

Architect

Design the agent and context architecture: memory, handoffs, autonomy boundaries, audit trail.

[03]

Build

Ship a working system in production — not a demo that only works once, in a meeting.

[04]

Operate

We stay attached post-launch. These systems need tending, not a handover doc and a wave goodbye.

Proof, not pitch

We didn't theorize this. We built letsdoit.ai — and we run our own company on it.

letsdoit.ai is live production infrastructure, not a demo or a slide deck — in use right now, and growing stronger every day as the underlying models improve. Here's what's actually running.

Running in production

A multi-agent operating system, not a chatbot

Every specialist agent on letsdoit.ai runs on Anthropic's Claude models as a durable node — its own scoped memory, its own tool grants, its own document store — coordinated through a structured handoff protocol instead of chained prompts.

Running in production

Memory that compounds instead of resetting

Every agent's memory, document store, and decision history live in a persistent context graph, versioned on every write. Nothing gets overwritten — state compounds turn over turn instead of resetting when a session ends.

Autonomous scheduling

Standing jobs run on fixed intervals with no human trigger — incident triage, cross-context quality review — firing continuously on their own schedule.

Full audit trail

Every write to the context graph is append-only and versioned, so any action can be traced back and, if needed, reversed.

Live operational visibility

A real-time control plane exposes spend, turn count, open incidents, active sessions, and pending handoffs across every agent in the system.

Illustrative — shows the categories the real control plane tracks, not a live feed.

Inside every handoff

Agents on letsdoit.ai don't pass work along with a vague prompt. Every handoff between nodes carries four required fields — nothing moves until the receiving agent has all four:

  • background — why the work exists
  • current_state — what's been done so far
  • action_required — exactly what happens next
  • expected_outcome — what "done" looks like

Still hardening: letsdoit.ai runs in production today, but it's in active beta — we're months into tightening it for full-scale reliability. We build the same way for clients: ship something real, keep improving it in the open.

A note on terms: "AI" above is what's actually shipping — the multi-agent systems you just read about. "SI" is the research trajectory we track and build toward next; genuine superintelligence-track work isn't something anyone has shipped yet, including us, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Why it matters

Most AI vendors talk about agents. We run one.

  • Ship a demo that works once, then hand you a Slack channel.
  • Talk about multi-agent systems in the abstract — never operate one at scale themselves.
  • Call prompt engineering "infrastructure."
  • Runs its own production multi-agent system on a versioned context graph, every day — not just for clients.
  • Builds real memory and handoff infrastructure: append-only, versioned, auditable.
  • Stays attached after launch. These systems need tending, not a handover doc.
